Troubleshooting

No Sound

• Check mute
• Check monitoring (AUDIO MON in Settings, Encoder 8)

No Input

• Check input selection
• Check gain

Clipping

• Reduce track or master volume

Recording stopped when switching screens

• Some screens (USB Browser, Utility sub-screens) cannot stay open during a take. Since v1.2.1 such actions are refused with an on-screen error while recording — the red border around the screen shows that a take is rolling.

Waveform does not match the audio

• Use REBUILD WAVEFORM under UTILITY → DEBUG to re-read the waveform overview from the tape (new in v1.2.1).

Reporting a problem

• Your firmware version is shown under UTILITY → DEBUG (since v1.1.3)
• LOGS → USB on the same screen copies the device logs to a USB stick — attach them to your report
