Updates

Checking your Version

The installed firmware version is shown under UTILITY → DEBUG (since v1.1.3). Open Settings, press UTILITY, then DEBUG.

Access Internal SSD

  1. Connect via USB-C → USB-A
  2. Device mounts as drive
  3. Access:
    • projects/
    • audio/
    • midi/

Updating Track8

  1. Download latest release: https://github.com/ThingstoneGmbH/Track8/releases
  2. Copy new binary into /bin
  3. Eject the TRACK8 drive

After updating, the first load of each project may take a little longer while the waveform overview is rebuilt (since v1.2.1 projects then load faster).
